Sometimes the best place to start is with a closer look at what’s happening beneath the surface. Our lab testing services provide deeper insight into your hormones, nutrition, digestion, and overall health, helping us better understand the factors that may be contributing to how you feel — and how your skin looks.
Food Sensitivity Testing
Explore how your body may be responding to the foods you eat and identify potential sensitivities that could be contributing to digestive concerns, inflammation, or skin symptoms.DUTCH Hormone Testing
A comprehensive look at your hormone and stress hormone patterns to better understand concerns such as energy, mood, menstrual health, sleep, and hormonal skin changes.Comprehensive Bloodwork
When appropriate, we can arrange a range of blood tests to assess areas such as nutrient status, hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, and other markers relevant to your individual concerns.Every test is selected based on your health history and goals — because more testing isn’t always better testing. We’ll help you understand what your results mean and how they can inform your personalized care plan.
Please note: An initial naturopathic consultation is required before lab testing can be ordered. Lab testing fees are separate from and in addition to the consultation fee.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique using specific, light movements across muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. Each session includes a series of Bowen moves followed by short periods of stillness and integration, allowing the nervous system time to respond to and process each technique.
These intentional rest periods help encourage a parasympathetic “rest and digest” state, supporting relaxation and the body’s natural processes of recovery and regulation.
Bowen Therapy may be helpful for muscle tension and pain, joint stiffness, headaches, stress, sleep concerns, digestive concerns, nervous system regulation, and overall relaxation and wellbeing. It can be used on its own or alongside naturopathic care as part of a personalized approach to your health.
Initial Bowen Therapy Session: $140
(includes brief Bowen consultation)
Follow up Bowen Therapy Sessions: $125
Dr. Khadijah Haji, BAS ND
Dr. Khadijah Haji is a Calgary naturopathic doctor and medical aesthetician with a passion for helping people feel confident, healthy, and at home in their skin. She co-created Sundae Skin to bring together two worlds she felt were often separated: evidence-informed naturopathic medicine and personalized skincare. Her approach is rooted in the belief that skin health is deeply connected to overall wellness, and that caring for the body from the inside out can create meaningful, lasting change.
Dr. Khadijah’s journey into naturopathic medicine began through her own experiences with acne, hormonal concerns, and digestive issues. Navigating these challenges sparked a deep interest in understanding the connections between skin, gut health, hormones, stress, sleep, and lifestyle, and continues to shape the compassionate, whole-person care she provides today.
After graduating from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017, Dr. Khadijah began practising in British Columbia before moving to Calgary, Alberta. With nearly a decade of experience as a naturopathic doctor and additional training as a medical aesthetician, she offers a unique approach that blends internal wellness support with professional skin treatments.
While Dr. Khadijah has a special interest in acne, skin health, hormones, digestive concerns, bloating, stress, fatigue, sleep, and women’s health, she also supports a wide range of wellness concerns through individualized naturopathic care. Her goal is to help patients uncover potential root causes, create realistic routines, and build sustainable habits that support both health and confidence.
Treatment plans are tailored to each individual and may include nutrition and lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, supplements, food sensitivity testing, homeopathy, Bowen Therapy, and personalized skincare recommendations. As a medical aesthetician, Dr. Khadijah also offers professional skin treatments and can help patients create a thoughtful plan that combines both internal and external support.
Above all, Dr. Khadijah believes that wellness should feel approachable, empowering, and personal. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and cared for whether they are seeking support for their skin, their health, or both.
Dr. Khadijah Haji, ND is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA).
