No, you do not need to know what treatment you need before you book. We have complimentary skin consultations available for new clients where we can help you navigate our menu and decide what treatment is best for your skin.

Every treatment also includes a skin assessment, so even if you haven’t booked the skin consultation, we can adjust the treatment at the time of your appointment to best suit your skin and your needs.

We are located inside Union YYC, which is a professional studio space on the 5th floor of 6700 MacLeod Trail SE.

When you reach the building, you will take the elevators to floor 5. Turn left out of the elevators and you will see the entrance to Union. Enter the doors, and turn right and walk all the way to the end of the hallway and Sundae Skin is located on the left in the corner. There is a small waiting space in front of our suite and a QR code for you to sign in that you have arrived.

Yes, Sundae Skin offers naturopathic medicine. Our naturopathic doctor Dr. Khadijah Haji, ND is a co-founder of Sundae and has created a collaborative space where skin treatments exist under the same roof as naturopathic medicine.

She offers naturopathic support for acne, eczema, rosacea and other skin related concerns as well as a wide-range of health concerns encompassing gut health, hormonal health, women’s health and more.

Yes, you can receive a skin treatment or naturopathic treatment if you are pregnant. We ask that you provide this information prior to any treatment, as we may need to adjust your treatment accordingly. There are some treatments we do not recommend during pregnancy (eg. chemical peels and microneedling), so we will make adjustments as needed for a safe treatment. All our facials are pregnancy-safe.

Yes, there is free parking in our parking lot in front of the Spence Diamonds building.

Your treatment time is reserved for you. We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, late cancellations leave a gap in our practitioners schedules that could have been filled by another client. Any cancellations with adequate notice (more than 48h) will not be subject to any cancellation fees.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48h notice before your appointment, there is a $50 cancellation fee.

Any no shows will be charged the full appointment price that was booked.

We understand that in some cases, products just don’t work for your skin. In these cases, we will accept a return within 2 weeks of purchase.

If you refer anyone to our clinic, you and the person you refer will both receive $25 credits towards your next treatment or product. These do no expire :)
